Continuous Synergy, LLC was founded by Stephanie Marquardt, a Jacksonville business consultant. She partner’s with business owners to move their companies to the next level. 

I understand the bumps that come along with running a business and the nuances of the federal contracting industry. Having been a Chief Operating Officer for a defense contractor, I understand the pain points that can occur when a company grows. Having established and operated a non-profit organization supporting small business in the federal government contracting arena, I have helped hundreds of small businesses establish and grow their federal contracting imprint. I want to help small businesses overcome blocks that might be stopping them from growing.
